At Career Education and Welfare Society (CEWS), we are committed to providing high-quality educational services and welfare programs. We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to withdraw from a course or cancel a transaction. This policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations and refunds are accepted.
1. Course and Admission Fees
A. Cancellation by the Student/Applicant

Registration/Admission Fees: Fees paid for registration or admission processing are generally non-refundable and non-transferable once the application has been processed.

Tuition/Program Fees:

Before Course Commencement: If a written cancellation request is received at least 7 days prior to the start of the batch/course, a refund may be issued after deducting a processing fee of [e.g., 10% or ₹500].

After Course Commencement: Once the course or training program has officially started, no refunds will be made for any reason, even if the student fails to attend classes.

Transfer of Fees: Fees paid are for the specific student and course enrolled in. They cannot be transferred to another student or adjusted for a future batch unless explicitly approved by the CEWS management in exceptional cases.
B. Cancellation by CEWS

If CEWS cancels a course or workshop due to insufficient enrollment, faculty unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances, students will be entitled to a full refund of the fees paid for that specific course.
2. Donations (If Applicable)

Donations made to the Career Education and Welfare Society for welfare activities are generally non-refundable.

If a donation was made in error (e.g., duplicate transaction or incorrect amount), please contact us immediately with proof of the transaction. Requests for correction or refund of accidental donations must be made within 3 days of the transaction.
3. Books and Study Materials

Fees paid for physical books, uniforms, or study materials are non-refundable once the items have been issued to the student.
4. Refund Processing Timeline

Eligible refund requests must be submitted via email to info@careeredugroup.org.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 15 business days.

Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment (Bank Account/Card/UPI) used during the transaction. We cannot issue cash refunds for online payments.
5. Disputes and Jurisdiction

Any disputes regarding refunds or cancellations are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
